# TokenTracker Terms of Service

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TokenTracker (the "Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

## 2. Service Description

TokenTracker is a browser extension that automatically tracks AI API usage and costs. The Extension is available as:

- **Free Plan**: Basic tracking features with limitations on provider count and call history.
- **Pro Plan**: Paid subscription with unlimited provider tracking, full call history, budget management, project tagging, and data export features.

## 3. Pro Subscription

### 3.1 Billing
Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/mo) or annually ($49.99/yr) as selected at purchase. All payments are processed through Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. Prices include applicable taxes.

### 3.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing period.

### 3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Creem customer portal. After cancellation, Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

### 3.4 Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. Contact justin@uniprotech.cn for refund requests.

## 4. Data Privacy

## 5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
- Use the Extension for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions

## 6. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Token cost estimates are approximations and should not be used for financial auditing purposes.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

TokenTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

## 8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
