dsh-theme-windowsxp — third-party notices

Two files in assets/ are third-party copyrighted material. Neither is covered by
this package's MIT licence, and neither is listed in the `files` array in
package.json, so a published copy of this package contains neither and both
client-side fallbacks take over.

assets/bliss.jpg
----------------

The "Bliss" photograph — the rolling green hill that shipped as the default
Windows XP desktop wallpaper — is copyright © Microsoft Corporation /
Charles O'Rear.

It is present in this checkout because the operator supplied it for their own
machine, personal use. Without it the stylesheet falls back to the pure-CSS
recreation of the same composition held in `--xp-wallpaper-fallback`, and nothing
breaks.

assets/chime.wav
----------------

The completion chime is `chimes.wav` from this machine's own `C:\Windows\Media`.
It is copyright © Microsoft Corporation.

Without it the notifier falls back to the synthesised bell in `playSynth()` — an
A-major arpeggio built from two partials per note — and nothing breaks.

To use a different cue — including the genuine Windows XP notification sound, if
you have it — drop any WAV at `assets/chime.wav`. No code change is needed.

Do not add either file to `files`, and do not redistribute this package with them
in it.
