During cloud hiccups a vent or room PATCH can return 2xx with no JSON body, which crashed handleVentPatch (IllegalArgumentException: No json exists for response) and skipped the local state update for the commanded position. Both PATCH handlers now degrade gracefully, apply the commanded target locally, and let the next poll reconcile. Also documents that the outdoor temp source is reserved for regime-aware learning and has no control effect yet. Includes the 0.240 diagnostics, 0.239 Puck 2, and 0.238 retry/circulation work.",
