本软件在本许可协议（以下简称“本许可”）条款下授权。使用本软件即表示您同意接受并遵守本许可的所有条款。

1. 定义
“本软件” 指由 Luckshark Inc. 发布的源代码、二进制文件、文档及其附属材料。
“您” 或 “被许可方” 指任何获取、使用、复制、修改或分发本软件的个人或实体。
“非商业用途” 指任何不以营利为目的的使用。
“派生作品” 指基于本软件的全部或部分创建的任何修改版本、衍生项目或组合项目。
“公开平台” 指可公开访问的软件托管平台，如 GitHub、Gitee、Bitbucket 等。

2. 授权条款
2.1 使用权
被许可方可在非商业目的下自由使用、部署、研究和运行本软件。

2.2 修改与再发布
您可在非商业前提下，修改并再发布本软件或其派生作品，但必须满足以下条件：
i.明确注明源项目名称、原始作者“Luckshark Inc.”；
ii.在公开平台中附带原始项目链接（如 GitHub 项目地址）；
iii.保留本许可全文及版权声明；
iv.明确声明本作品为派生版本，并概述主要修改内容。

2.3 原始版本再分发
未经修改的本软件可自由非商业分发，须附带：
i.原始作者署名；
ii.本许可全文；
iii.明确标示原始软件未作修改。

3. 禁止行为
以下行为在任何情形下均被严格禁止：
i.任何形式的商业使用，包括但不限于销售、租赁、嵌入商业系统或为商业目的提供服务；
ii.未经明确许可在封闭源项目中集成本软件；
iii.删除、隐匿或修改版权声明、原始作者信息、许可文本；
iv.未经书面许可公开发布包含本软件内容的派生作品或改编版本但未署名。

4. 知识产权与担保声明
本软件按“现状”（AS IS）提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性或非侵权性。Luckshark Inc. 不对因使用或无法使用本软件产生的任何损失负责，包括但不限于数据损失、业务中断或利润损失。

5. 专利授权
在遵守本许可前提下，Luckshark Inc. 授予您全球范围内的、免费的、非排他性的专利使用权，以使用本软件。如违反本许可条款，该专利授权自动终止。

6. 贡献内容
若您向本软件提交贡献，表示您拥有该贡献的知识产权，或已获得授权，并同意按照本许可授权该贡献。

7. 适用法律与争议解决
本许可受中华人民共和国相关法律管辖。若因本许可条款引发任何争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成时，任何一方可提交 Luckshark Inc. 所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

8. 条款终止
如您违反本许可条款，您的使用权将自动终止，且不得继续复制、传播、使用或修改本软件或其派生作品。

示例署名格式：
本项目基于 Luckshark Inc. 的开源项目[项目名称]修改而成。

This software is licensed under the terms of this agreement (hereinafter the “License”). By using this software, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein.

1. Definitions
“Software” refers to the source code, binary files, documentation, and any associated materials released by Luckshark Inc.
“You” or “Licensee” refers to any individual or entity that obtains, uses, copies, modifies, or distributes the Software.
“Non-Commercial Use” means any use that is not intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
“Derivative Work” refers to any software that is based on, incorporates, or modifies the Software, in whole or in part.
“Public Platform” refers to publicly accessible code hosting platforms such as GitHub, Gitee, Bitbucket, etc.

2. Grant of Rights
2.1 Use
You are permitted to use, deploy, study, and operate the Software for non-commercial purposes only.

2.2 Modification and Redistribution
You may modify and redistribute the Software or any Derivative Work under the following conditions:
i.You must retain this License in its entirety;
ii.You must include clear attribution to the original author, “Luckshark Inc.”;
iii.You must provide a link to the original repository (if applicable) on a Public Platform;
iv.You must clearly indicate that your version is a modified version, and describe the nature of the modifications;
v.Redistribution must be non-commercial. 

2.3 Distribution of Unmodified Software
You may freely redistribute unmodified copies of the original Software, provided that:
i.You do not charge for the distribution;
ii.You include this License in full;
iii.You retain all copyright and attribution notices.

3. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited under this License:
i.Any commercial use of the Software, including but not limited to: resale, rental, licensing, or inclusion in commercial services or products;
ii.Use of the Software in proprietary or closed-source projects without explicit written consent;
iii.Removal or modification of copyright, authorship, or license notices;
iv.Public release of Derivative Works without proper attribution or in violation of this License.

4. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer
The Software is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Luckshark Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

5. Patent Grant
Subject to compliance with this License, Luckshark Inc. hereby grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free patent license to use the Software.
This patent license shall terminate automatically upon violation of any terms of this License.

6. Contributions
By submitting any contributions to this Software, you affirm that you have the legal right to do so, and that you grant Luckshark Inc. and all users of the Software the right to use your contribution under the terms of this License.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This License shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from this License shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court where Luckshark Inc. is registered.

8. Termination
If you violate any provision of this License, your rights under this License shall terminate automatically.
You must cease all use, modification, and distribution of the Software and its Derivative Works.
