# Copyright, Attribution, and Source Material

Ryan Lopopolo licenses the original prose, editorial organization, diagrams, and
other documentation created for this repository under
[Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International](LICENSE).

Ryan also licenses under CC BY 4.0:

- his social-post text reproduced in the public X corpus; and
- the text of his [hyperbo.la] articles reproduced under

The grant for articles published on [hyperbo.la] excludes third-party
quotations, images, screenshots, embeds, logos, and trademarks identified in or

link, Wayback capture, citation, summary, or bibliographic record does not
relicense the source.

In particular:

- OpenAI and the relevant contributors retain their rights in the canonical
  harness-engineering essay, Symphony article, Codex, and other OpenAI materials
  referenced here.
- Alex Kladov, Alexis King, Martin Fowler, Birgitta Böckeler, Thoughtworks,
  Polytoken, interview hosts, conference publishers, and other authors retain
  rights in their prose and transcripts unless an identified upstream license
  says otherwise.
- Source-code excerpts remain governed by the software license of their source
  repository.
- Text quoted from speakers or accounts other than Ryan remains with its author
  or rightsholder.
- Screenshots, site chrome, profile images, logos, product names, and trademarks
  remain with their respective owners. No trademark, publicity, privacy, or
  endorsement rights are granted.

When full redistribution is not authorized, this repository keeps canonical and

license information. Consult the source record and adjacent rights notice before
redistributing a snapshot or excerpt.

Factual metadata such as titles, dates, names, and URLs identifies sources. Uses
independently permitted by copyright exceptions or limitations do not depend on
this repository’s license.
