   Never power the node with the LoRa antenna missing. It can destroy the radio.

      2.4 GHz film antenna or short duck  ->  XIAO ESP32-S3
      LoRa coiled whip or long duck       ->  Heltec / T114
      GPS ceramic patch or active helix   ->  GPS module

   U.FL: parallel to the board, rims aligned, press STRAIGHT DOWN until it clicks.
   Never at an angle, never forced. SMA: finger tight plus an eighth of a turn.

                                 [02]  MESH RADIO

   Soldered Core and Assembled ship flashed and serial-configured. Bare PCB and
   Parts Kit: flash stable Meshtastic at flasher.meshtastic.org, then set
   SERIAL Enabled, TEXTMSG, 115200, pins 19RX/20TX (V3) or 10RX/9TX (T114).

   On every radio, before you deploy:
      REGION ships UNSET, it receives but never transmits until you set it
      PAIRING PIN is the same on every unit, change it
      CHANNEL is the public default, make your own encrypted one primary

                              [03]  FLASH ANTIHUNTER

   The ESP32 ships erased on every tier. You flash it, so you know what is on it.
   FULL = Wi-Fi AP and web UI, plus mesh.  HEADLESS = serial and mesh, no AP.

   FIRST BOOT: join the AP "Antihunter" (antihunt3r123), open 192.168.4.1, and
   change those credentials under RF Settings first. They are published.

   Regulated 5V only, from USB or the UPS board. Unregulated input kills parts.
   One USB cable at a time: the ESP32 and the radio share the power rails.
   A 2A fast-blow fuse on the battery line is recommended. Not supplied.
