The MIT and Apache-2.0 licenses grant copyright and patent permissions
only. They do not grant permission to use the Folio name, logos, or
other source-identifying marks in a way that suggests affiliation,
sponsorship, or endorsement.

Modified distributions must use a different product name and branding.
Truthful, nominative references to Folio and notices required by
applicable licenses or law are permitted.
