zShellWatch respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app accesses and how it is used.

## Information We Access

zShellWatch may access the following information only when you grant permission.

### Health Data

zShellWatch may read HealthKit data such as steps, active calories, exercise time, stand hours, heart rate, heart rate variability, and activity summary data.

This data is used only to display terminal-style health lines on the iPhone preview, Apple Watch app, and widgets.

zShellWatch does not write, modify, sell, or share your Health data.

### Watch Face Settings

zShellWatch stores your selected terminal user, machine name, face lines, theme, and animation settings.

These settings are stored locally on your device and may be shared between the iPhone app, Apple Watch app, and widgets through Apple App Groups and WatchConnectivity.

### Weather and Location

The current version of zShellWatch does not enable weather data by default.

Location access is only needed if weather support is enabled in a future version or custom build. If enabled, location is used only to request local weather information and is not used to track movement or store location history.

If weather support is enabled, the app may request weather information from a configured weather provider, such as QWeather or Apple WeatherKit. Weather requests may use your location only after you grant Location permission.

## Data Sharing

zShellWatch does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

The app does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

zShellWatch does not upload Health data to a server.

If weather support is enabled, weather requests may be sent to the configured weather provider only to provide weather functionality.

## Data Storage

App settings are stored locally on your device.

Health data is read from Apple HealthKit only after permission is granted.

zShellWatch does not store location history.

## Permissions

You can manage app permissions at any time in iOS Settings, Apple Health, Location Services, and the Watch app.

If you disable Health access, health-related face lines may be hidden or show unavailable data.

## Tracking

zShellWatch does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

## Children’s Privacy

zShellWatch is not designed to collect personal information from children.

## Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when app behavior changes.
