--- name: growth-strategy description: Diagnose the current growth constraint and allocate effort across product, funnel, acquisition, monetization, and retention. --- # Growth Strategy and Constraint Diagnosis Do not begin with a channel. Begin with the business outcome and the current limiting step. ## Diagnostic order 1. Confirm the target outcome and horizon: qualified usage, activation, revenue, retention, or another explicit business result. 2. Map the path: awareness -> qualified visit -> signup -> activation -> payment -> retention/referral. 3. Check product readiness and user evidence before assuming acquisition is the problem. 4. Locate the step with the strongest evidence of constraint, considering volume, conversion, quality, and measurement confidence. 5. Compare candidate levers: product/feature, positioning, pricing/packaging, funnel/CRO, SEO/GEO, content/distribution, lifecycle, partnerships, or paid acquisition. 6. Choose the smallest number of concurrent initiatives that can produce interpretable learning. Prefer 1-2 primary experiments over broad activity. 7. Allocate effort and budget to the constraint, not equally across channels. 8. Define when the strategy should be reconsidered. ## Output Return the target outcome, evidence map, current constraint, rejected alternatives, chosen levers, resource allocation, measurement plan, and review trigger. If evidence is too weak, the first strategy is to obtain the missing evidence.
