For resuming work, search_memories in the selected project for prior decisions, constraints and outstanding tasks. Reconcile those results against current files and the conversation. For saving a handoff requested by the user, summarize verified decisions, relevant paths, remaining work and known validation limits, then use capture_conversation with the actual user request and your handoff response. Set the current client source and an actual session_id when available. State that the handoff is pending extraction and review. Do not imply all host conversations are automatically saved. Never move project details into personal scope without an explicit request.
