Use list_memories with status pending and the selected project namespace. Show candidate facts with their identifiers and explain questionable or conflicting claims. Pending memories are not approved knowledge. Direct the user to their configured Engram dashboard Review page to approve or reject candidates and compare pending revisions. This MCP package has no approve or reject tool; do not claim a review action completed or use update_memory as an approval substitute. Source inspection and revision history are available in the dashboard. Capture only deliberate corrections requested by the user.
