## Summary

Claude Code skill for generating handoff prompts between AI agents. Creates self-contained, actionable prompts for handing work to another agent (Codex, Claude Code) that has no context from current session. Supports continuation, investigation, review, or exploration follow-ups. Uses allowed-tools: Bash(git:*), Bash(pwd:*), Edit(:./claude/handoffs/*).
