**Purpose**: Transform fear into action-ready energy.

**Invocation**: `/fire ignite`

**Process**:
1. Name the specific fear
2. Identify what the fear protects
3. Transform fear energy into courage fuel
4. Take immediate small action

**Output**: Actionable courage, fear reframed as fuel
