## Guidelines

### Do's ✅
- 슈퍼투자자 포지션 변화 즉시 반영
- Insider Buying은 긍정, Selling은 신중 해석

- Dark Pool + 주가 횡보 = Accumulation 의심

### Don'ts ❌

- 13F는 45일 지연 데이터 (최신성 한계)
