# Support Cindy is an open-source client. The community can help confirm reproducible issues and discuss improvements, but one-to-one troubleshooting for every custom environment or commercial support is not guaranteed. ## Where to start - Installation, dependencies, and development setup: read [README.md](README.md) and [CONTRIBUTING.en.md](CONTRIBUTING.en.md). - Security vulnerabilities, credentials, or exploitable details: follow [SECURITY.en.md](SECURITY.en.md) and report privately. - Ordinary bugs: open a GitHub issue with the version, platform, reproduction steps, and redacted logs. - Feature requests: use the feature request template and describe the use case and expected outcome. - Usage questions: open an issue with the “Usage question / 使用问题” form. Do not post real user data, access tokens, private keys, or internal addresses in public issues, discussions, or logs.
