*(String) (required)* Municipality name (e.g. "Ostrava")

**obvod**  
*(String) (required)* District name (e.g. "Poruba")

**ulice**  
*(String) (required)* Street name (e.g. "Hlavní třída")

**cislo**  
*(String) (required)* House number (e.g. "583")
