VAULT ECOSYSTEM LICENSE

This license governs the Vault ecosystem software published by CCGnomes,
including VaultForm and its companion applications (each, the "Software"),
as distributed through CCGnomes' official channels.

1. DEFINITIONS

   "Official Channel" means a download location operated by CCGnomes,
   including the CCGnomes GitHub release repositories and any location
   CCGnomes designates at https://ccgnomes.com.

   "You" means the individual or single legal entity exercising this
   license.

   "Self-Hosting" means installing and operating the Software on
   infrastructure You own or lease, for the benefit of You, Your household,
   or Your organization — including processing data that Your own
   customers, members, or users submit to You (for example, form
   submissions collected by Your website).

2. LICENSE GRANT

   Subject to the terms below, CCGnomes grants You a worldwide,
   royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download the
   Software from an Official Channel and to use and Self-Host it, for
   personal and commercial purposes alike, at no charge.

3. RESTRICTIONS

   Except as expressly permitted above or by applicable law that cannot be
   contractually waived, You may NOT:

   a. copy, redistribute, republish, mirror, sell, rent, sublicense, or
      otherwise make the Software available to any third party — the
      Official Channels are the only authorized source;
   b. modify the Software or create derivative works of it;
   c. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
   d. operate the Software as a hosted or managed service for third
      parties — that is, offer others the ability to use the Software on
      infrastructure You operate (Self-Hosting for Your own organization,
      including data Your customers submit to You, remains permitted);
   e. remove or alter any copyright, license, or attribution notices; or
   f. use the names "CCGnomes", "Vault", "VaultForm", or related marks to
      imply endorsement, or to distribute anything under confusingly
      similar names.

4. UPDATES AND VERSIONS

   Each release of the Software is licensed under the license text
   distributed with that release. CCGnomes may publish future versions of
   the Software under different terms.

5. DONATIONS

   The Software is free to use. Development is funded by its community:
   if it is useful to You — especially in a commercial setting — a
   donation toward continued development is warmly encouraged (never
   required) at https://ccgnomes.com/donate.

6. PAID EDITIONS, FEATURES, AND SERVICES

   This license covers only the Software artifacts that CCGnomes
   distributes free of charge under this license text. CCGnomes may — now
   or in the future — offer editions, features, add-ons, plugins, hosting,
   support, or other products and services on separate paid or commercial
   terms. Nothing in this license grants You any right to those paid
   offerings, and nothing in this license obligates CCGnomes to include,
   keep, or add any particular feature in the free Software. Artifacts You
   have already downloaded remain governed by the license text they were
   distributed with.

7. OWNERSHIP

   The Software is licensed, not sold. CCGnomes and its licensors retain
   all right, title, and interest in the Software. Data You process with
   the Software is Yours; this license claims no rights over it.

8. NO WARRANTY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN DATA, INCLUDING
   BACKUPS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CCGNOMES BE
   LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY — WHETHER IN
   CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE — ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
   SOFTWARE OR ITS USE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS.

10. TERMINATION

   This license terminates automatically if You breach it. Upon
   termination You must stop using the Software and destroy Your copies.
   Sections 7 through 11 survive termination.

11. GENERAL

   If any provision of this license is held unenforceable, the remainder
   stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. This
   is the entire agreement between You and CCGnomes concerning the
   Software.
