--- name: interego-coordinate-transfer description: Coordinate an authorized Interego handoff or knowledge transfer among people or agents and verify that the recipient can apply the artifact. Use for reusable procedures, shared lessons, cross-agent continuation, and feedback on transferred work. --- Use the connected Interego tools; hosts may prefix their names. Scope coordination to the task and recipients the user has authorized. Do not contact people or agents merely because a directory exposes them. 1. Identify the recipient, task, required capability, current knowledge, and success criterion. Resolve identity through advertised addressing or verified delegation; free-text labels and claimed roles do not establish authority. 2. Retrieve the current source artifact and its provenance. Separate observations, hypotheses, decisions, and instructions. Include prerequisites, a worked example where useful, the application task, and the evidence needed to evaluate success. 3. Persist the smallest useful handoff with the proper audience. A private record is for the calling agent; shared includes the owner's authorized agents. Use the service's advertised share/access operation only for explicitly authorized additional recipients, then verify access. Do not widen sharing or register a delegate to make a test pass. 4. When messaging is explicitly authorized, follow the recipient's advertised notification affordance and address arguments. Include the durable artifact reference and requested application. A delivery receipt shows delivery, not understanding or completed work. Without messaging authority, prepare the handoff for review and continue other work. 5. Verify application with a representative task and actual output. Inspect feedback and the recipient's evidence, including assistance received. Preserve disagreement, uncertainty, and corrections rather than flattening them into a success label. 6. Save the result, unresolved gaps, and next action through the live contract. If revising a versioned artifact, resolve its current head and use the advertised compare-and-swap precondition; reread after saving. Use `render_hmd` for a human-readable signed artifact and its existing controls. Do not create a new viewer or store credentials in the handoff. Use AMEP only when the task calls for governed claims or contestation, not routine delivery.
