Traditional Country pub with a welcoming feel. Roaring log fire in winter, large garden and patio for Summer. Dogs on lead welcome along with their well behaved owners. Serves Breakfast, lunches and evening bar meals monday-saturday. Home-made Sunday lunches, (popular so booking is adviseable). Function room available for private parties/meetings etc. Two hand pumps so guest beers rotate, working on converting more people into the world of real ales and then getting 3rd pump installed.

Great to see what was a neglected and run down village pub being transformed yet keeping it as a traditional pub, by new landlords, Lou & Elaine. Keep up the good work. Great to have a pub we can use again. Beer MUST be good, Camra Chairman and members often seen in bar. Great Quiz Thursdays too.
