The Blue Anchor is a unique traditional riverside family run pub offering a warm and sociable atmosphere. Located by the Thames a short walk from Hammersmith Bridge. First licensed in 1722 it affords a true traditional pub experience. Four real ales always on tap as well as a wide range of premium lagers and ciders. We carry a fine range of old and new world wines. The food menu is interesting and appetizing. Only fresh produce is used and the menu is changed on a regular basis. Besides the A la carte menu there is a light meal menu.If you are after a bit of afternoon sun, drinks and tasty food then the Blue Anchor is the number one destination for a great day or night out! The upstairs 'River Room' is a popular venue with great views of the River. Available for private hire it has a separate bar and toilet facilities.
