A Thwaites pub on the high street in Glossop.The pub stopped serving cask beer for a while,but now stocks it again and it is welcomed y the locals.A pleasant pub which is very clean and a good pub with good beer.

This pub now has at least one new beer every month which is only avalible in glossop and in between them bomber and wainwrights, and in the last two years me and my friends have yet to have a bad pint.I will admit this pub is of tradition(lots of men watching all types of sport) but it is well run and policed by the landlord and landlady with famliys very welcome.VERY GOOD PUB ALL ROUND
