A nice country pub in the village of Outgate close to Hawkshead and Coniston.Bar snacks sandwitches and full meals,are available with a choice of good cask beers.The pub is residenttial and has lots of carpark space and a beer garden.

This is a nice pub to stop at for a pint and a snack.All the cask beers are Robinsons and there is a good choice.I like the dark mild while my friends had the XB both were in good condition.Well worh a visit when in the lakes.
