A large pub on the main road through Lancaster which is owned by Thwaites Brewery.Over two million pounds was spent refurbusing the building and from the local feedback the hotel side of the pub is a great improvement,but for me the pub has no atmosphere.There is a restaraunt but as yet i have not used it,and they have three beers on hand pumps all of there own brews.
