A small but friendly and relaxed freehouse hidden amidst a warren of streets in the Melyn area of Neath. Five real ales on sale daily, with a choice of ales from breweries all over the uk. Anyone liking Newmans beer will enjoy their visit, as the brewery's ales sell particularly well at this establishment.(Mammoth,Winter Hog, Red Stag,, & Last lion of Britain), to mention but a few.
Children welcome up to 9pm.
A large beergarden to the rear of the pub can be a truly relaxing experience in the summertime where you can soak up the sun sipping none other than Gwynt y ddraig's perry or cider, (Wales very own ice cold pear or apple refreshment, perfect for a summers day).
