A Fullerised ex free house, brash and overlit. The new landlady who has replaced the wonderful previous tenants is not up to scratch and the food and beer quality has gone downhill, as has the atmosphere.
Not the place it was, avoid it if at all possible.
The previous people got the pub into the Good Beer Guide, but it is going to be removed by CAMRA shortly.
