After being closed for at least 18 months, the extensively renovated property next to the railway station on the Settle to Carlisle line has finally re opened. Being a freehouse we can listen and react to our customers needs, at will. We are trying to give our customers an good choice of real ales from all over the country especially small high quality Cumbrian brewers our feedback from customers and CAMRA members has been very positive. We serve good quality home cooked food at prices that leave enough money in your wallet for 1 more beer. We are also renovating 5 en suite bedrooms all finished to a high standard.
