We are a family run city centre Free House. We generally run with a wide range of Local Real Ales and sometimes a few from further afield. Micro Brewerys like Butingford (Herts), Oakham (Cambs), Nethergate (Cambs), Milton (Cambs), Earl Soham (Suffolk), etc, You get the jist. We also have one Real Cider which is an Award Winning Local Brew from Pickled Pig (Cambs. We also serve homemade meals and snacks. Every July we host our Beer Festival , in it's 10th season now, and have been in the Good Beer Guide many times (2012 is the last edition we're in!!!). We are also a member of Oakham Ales Oakadamy so can get a hold of some special beer The Last Wednesday of every month we host a Meet The Brewer Night hosted by all the brewerys listed above and more - this includes give-a-ways of their promo stuff.
