This pub is said to be the oldest pub in Lancaster.The pub is tucked away in a small alley near to the bus station,and is made up of a lounge bar and a dining room.The pub is owned by Mitchells of Lancaster who provide the cask beers they buy from independent breweries. The manager orders from their list. The pub is open 12.00 till 12.00.Food is on sale from 12,00to 3.00,and5.00 till 8.00. 12.00 till 6.00 on sunday.

This pub never lets you down,the cask beers are always bang on and a good choice.The atmosphere in the pub is very friendly and the pub is very comfortable.

Another good visit to this top class pub, owned by Mitchells.This pub never lets you down it always has a bar of good cask beers served by pleasent staff in agreat atmosphere. I had the Youngs bitter which was perfect my friend had the Youngs Winter Warmer, if you ever get to Lancaster dont miss this pub.

This is a great little pub with good cask beer and very good food,The staff were pleasent and helpfull which made for a very enjoyable visit.
