Thats also not to say that 'newbie' content shouldn't be allowed - but it shouldn't be half the type of content either. What would make this a great sub is the healthy balance of content, from novice friendly stuff, to news, to some decent quality memes to the more insightful analysis and ideas.

This is fair determining the healthy balance of flair multipliers and flair criteria falls into place. 

There might be a really good youtube video worth sharing, and even with a media flair, it's still a valuable contribution - like the 3B1B what is cryptography video. Perfect for showing beginners, but also doesn't need to be shared every month.
