# octo-sublime This package provides syntax highlighting for [Octo][1] assembly language in Sublime Text. Octo compiles into [CHIP-8][2], an interpreted programming language designed by Joseph Weisbecker in the 1970s for use on the RCA COSMAC VIP computer. ## Installation ### Package Control If you're already using [Package Control][3], installing octo-sublime is easy: 1. Open the Command Palette. 2. Select "Install Package". 3. Find and select the "Octo" package in the list of available packages. 4. Restart Sublime Text 3. ### Manual installation 1. Navigate to your Sublime Text 3 Packages directory: - Linux: `~/.config/sublime-text-3/Packages/` - OS X: `~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages/` - Windows: `%APPDATA%\Sublime Text 3\Packages\` 2.
