The app only displays publicly provided real estate agent contact details.

- **Location:** The app may request location to sort agents by proximity. Location is not stored or transmitted.  
- **Contacts:** The app does not access your contacts.  
- **Sharing:** Any sharing or communication (WhatsApp, call, email) is initiated by the user.
