# 📋 TERMS OF USE (EULA) FOR TAP JOY ## End User License Agreement **Last updated: November 17, 2025** --- ## Introduction This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to the Tap Joy app (also known as "ColorPop Kids" on Android) for mobile devices (Android and iOS) that was created by Melka Debele. By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. Subscription Terms ### Premium Monthly Subscription The Application offers a **Premium Monthly Subscription** that provides: - Full access to all game features - Unlimited gameplay in Kids Mode - Challenge Mode with customizable lives - All game modes and features unlocked - Removal of subscription prompts ### Subscription Details: - **Title:** Premium Monthly Subscription - **Length:** 1 month (recurring monthly) - **Price:** $2.99 per month (price may vary by region) - **Free Trial:** 3-day free trial period (first-time users) - **Auto-Renewal:** Subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled - **Cancellation:** You can cancel anytime through your device settings (iOS Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions, or Android Play Store > Subscriptions) ### Subscription Terms: - Subscription begins immediately after the free trial period ends (if applicable) - Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase - Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period - Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period - You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on your device after purchase - Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription --- ## 4. Refund Policy Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) according to their respective refund policies. Intellectual Property The Application, including all content, features, graphics, sounds, and software, is the property of Melka Debele and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. --- ## 11. Termination This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
