# Token Beam License

This software is dual-licensed under the AGPL-3.0 and a Commercial License.

## AGPL-3.0 License (Open Source & Non-Commercial)

For open source and non-commercial projects, this software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0).

**You may use this software for free if:**
- Your project is open source (OSI-approved license)
- You're using it for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes
- You comply with AGPL-3.0 terms (including source disclosure for network services)

**AGPL-3.0 Requirements:**

- You must open source your entire application
- You must open source any modifications to this software
- You must provide source code to users accessing your service over a network (Section 13)
- You must preserve all copyright and license notices

## Commercial License

For commercial, proprietary, or closed-source applications, you must obtain a commercial license.

**You need a commercial license if:**

- You want to use this in a closed-source application
- You want to provide a SaaS/hosted service without disclosing source
- You're integrating this into a commercial product or website
- Your company revenue exceeds $0 and you don't want AGPL restrictions

**Commercial License includes:**

- Use in closed-source/proprietary applications
- Deploy as SaaS without source disclosure
- Self-host unlimited instances
- White-label and rebrand
- Source code access with modification rights
- Priority support with SLA
- Perpetual license with annual support renewal

### Open Source Exception

Open source projects with an OSI-approved license can request a **free commercial license**.

**Requirements:**

- Project must be publicly available (e.g., GitHub)
- Must use an OSI-approved open source license
- Must not be a commercial/proprietary product
