# Privacy Policy — Antique King

**Antique King: Buy, Fix, Sell** ("the App") is a single-player antique-shop simulation game for iPhone and iPad, published by Mustafa Gürbüz ("we"). We do not collect personal data. From version 1.0.1 the App sends only the anonymous gameplay statistics described below.

- **No account or sign-in.** The App has no login system and does not know who you are.
- **Your progress stays on your device.** Save slots, shop and inventory state, money, reputation, skills, unlocked content, language and sound settings are stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard app storage. Nothing is uploaded to any server we control — the App has no server.
- **The game runs on your device.** All appraisal, negotiation, restoration and economy logic runs locally inside the App. Apart from the anonymous statistics below, nothing you do in the game is sent anywhere.
- **Anonymous gameplay statistics.** The App sends anonymous usage events (for example: a session started, an in-game day ended, the tutorial was finished, the purchase screen was shown, a purchase was started, completed or restored) to PostHog, an analytics service, so we can see where players get stuck and improve the game. They are used for analytics only. The events carry a random ID created by the App on your device; it is not your name, contact details, Apple Account, advertising identifier or location. The App never links this ID to you (there is no sign-in and no user identification), and our PostHog project is set to discard your IP address and not to derive a location from it. Deleting the App deletes the ID.
- **Analytics provider.** PostHog, Inc. processes these statistics on our behalf as a data processor, on servers in the United States (us.posthog.com), under its own privacy policy (https://posthog.com/privacy). We do not sell the statistics or share them with anyone else.
- **No advertising, no tracking.** The App contains no advertising SDK, does not use the advertising identifier, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- **Network.** The App needs no internet connection to play. When one is available it sends only the anonymous statistics above.
- **In-app purchase.** If the App offers an optional one-time purchase, it is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). We never see or store your payment details; Apple's own privacy policy governs the transaction. The App only stores, on your device, whether the purchase has been made so the unlocked content stays available. You can restore the purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple Account.
- **No other third parties.** Apart from PostHog, which processes the anonymous statistics on our behalf, the App does not share any information with third parties. Apple, as the operator of the App Store and the payment processor for any in-app purchase, is involved under Apple's own terms.
- **Children.** The App collects no personal data from anyone, so it does not knowingly collect personal data from children either; the anonymous statistics are the same for every player.
- **Deleting your data.** Your game data is on your device. "Reset everything" in Settings erases your progress, and deleting the App removes everything, including the random statistics ID. Statistics already sent carry only that random ID and cannot be connected to you.
- **Changes to this policy.** If this policy changes, we will update this document and the "Last updated" date above.
