Color Marble Flow is a casual puzzle game for iPhone. This policy explains what data the app handles.

## Data we collect

The game itself has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email or any personal details. Game progress is saved only on your device.

## Advertising

The free version shows short ads between levels. Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay (Unity Ads), a third-party advertising service. To serve and measure ads, this service may collect:

- **Identifiers** — the device advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking in the iOS "Allow Tracking" prompt; otherwise a non-identifying, per-app identifier.
- **Usage data** — ad impressions, clicks and general interaction with ads.
- **Diagnostics** — crash and performance data related to ad delivery.

This data is used for third-party advertising and for measuring ad performance. It is processed by Unity under Unity's privacy policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

You can withdraw tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also remove ads entirely with the one-time "Remove Ads" purchase; after that the advertising SDK is no longer started.

## In-app purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details.

## Children

The game is rated 4+ but is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this address with a new date.
