# Privacy Policy: Lot King / Depo Kralı

_Last updated: October 9, 2026_

## English

**Lot King: Storage Auction** (Turkish title: **Depo Kralı**, "the App") is a single-player storage-auction game for
iPhone and iPad, published by Mustafa Gürbüz ("we"). We do not collect personal data. The App sends only the
anonymous gameplay statistics described below.

- **No account or sign-in.** The App has no login system and does not know who you are.
- **Your progress stays on your device.** Your save, depot and inventory, money, licences, upgrades, story choices,
language and settings are stored only on your device, in the operating system's standard app storage. Nothing is
uploaded to a server we control; the App has no server.
- **The game runs on your device.** Auctions, rivals, haggling, repairs, appraisal and the economy all run locally
inside the App. Apart from the anonymous statistics below, nothing you do in the game is sent anywhere.
- **Anonymous gameplay statistics.** The App sends anonymous usage events to PostHog, an analytics service, so we
can see where players get stuck and improve the game.
  - What the events say, for example: a session started or ended, a screen area was opened, an auction was entered,
bid on, won or lost, a lot was revealed, an item was sold, an in-game day ended, the purchase screen was shown,
or a purchase was started, completed, failed or restored. Amounts are rounded or grouped into ranges. Events
never contain names, free text or anything you type.
  - The details attached to every event: the App's version and build number, the platform (iOS), the App's
language setting, whether the full game is unlocked, and the country or region of your App Store account as
StoreKit reports it (a three-letter code such as "USA" or "TUR").
  - The events carry a random ID that the App creates on your device. It is not your name, contact details, Apple
Account, advertising identifier or device identifier. The App never links this ID to you: there is no sign-in
    and no user identification.
  - We use the statistics for analytics only.
- **No precise location, no IP-based location.** The App does not use location services. It asks PostHog not to
derive a location from your connection, removes the device time zone from every event, and our PostHog project is
set to discard your IP address.
- **Analytics provider.** PostHog, Inc. processes these statistics on our behalf as a data processor, on servers in
the United States (us.posthog.com), under its own privacy policy (https://posthog.com/privacy). We do not sell the
statistics or share them with anyone else.
- **No advertising, no tracking.** The App contains no advertising and no advertising SDK, does not use the
advertising identifier, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It records no
sessions, screens or taps beyond the events listed above.
- **Network.** The App needs no internet connection to play. When one is available, it sends only the anonymous
  statistics above.
- **In-app purchase.** The App offers one optional, one-time purchase that unlocks the full game. Apple processes it
entirely through the App Store (StoreKit). We never see or store your payment details, and Apple's own privacy
policy governs the transaction. On your device, the App stores only whether the purchase has been made, so the
unlocked game stays available. You can restore the purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple Account.
- **No other third parties.** Apart from PostHog, which processes the anonymous statistics on our behalf, the App
shares no information with third parties. Apple is involved under its own terms, as the operator of the App Store
and the payment processor for the in-app purchase.
- **Children.** The App collects no personal data from anyone, so it does not knowingly collect personal data from
children either. The anonymous statistics are the same for every player.
- **Deleting your data.** Your game data is on your device, and deleting the App removes all of it, including the
random statistics ID. Statistics already sent carry only that random ID and cannot be connected to you.
- **Changes to this policy.** If this policy changes, we will update this document and the "Last updated" date
  above.

Birleşik Devletleri'ndeki sunucularda (us.posthog.com) ve kendi gizlilik politikasına (https://posthog.com/privacy)
