# Hiberanation Eye Mask

## Visual Elements

Sleeping mask that looks like a sleeping bear; in brown, with two closed eyes, two curved ears, and a snout. ‘zzz’ going upwards from the nose part of the mask.

## Cultural Context

Hibernation operates as a Berachain-centric community initiative from Retard Global, channeling a perpetual hibernation theme through bear emojis and sleep motifs.

<!-- justification
## Justification

Hiberanation is a Berachain community initiative built around the idea that bears hibernate. A sleeping bear eye mask on a Mibera is ecosystem lore you can literally nap in.

**Team Notes:** "Rethink location of all: face masks, eye masks. Cannot be same layer as glasses anymore. Different categories for eye and face masks maybe? Face masks need to be over mouths. Eye masks need to be below hair. Might be worth just getting rid of eye masks tho since there are very few." — Gumi, Jun 2024, #trait-updates
