## Visual Elements

a sprig of dark green leaves and yellow buds / flowers.

## Cultural Context

Certain Acacia species contain DMT, and the tree appears throughout religious traditions from the burning bush of Exodus to the sacred groves of ancient Egypt. Some researchers speculate that acacia-derived DMT may have played a role in visionary religious experiences across the ancient world.

<!-- justification
## Justification
