# Satoshi Nakamoto

## Visual Elements

## Cultural Context

Satoshi Nakamoto is the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin, whose 2008 whitepaper and 2009 software launch started the entire cryptocurrency movement. Their identity remains unknown, making them perhaps the ultimate cypherpunk: someone who changed the world and then vanished.

<!-- justification
## Justification

The reason the entire crypto ecosystem exists. The ultimate cypherpunk — changed the world, then vanished. Without Bitcoin, there is no Berachain, no Mibera, no collection.
