# Privacy Policy — Lucky Numbers **Last updated: 26 July 2026** Froggy Eye Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the **Lucky Numbers** mobile application (the "App"). This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information. --- ## Summary Lucky Numbers does **not** collect, store off your device, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Its features work offline; the only network use is Apple's or Google's in-app-purchase system if you choose to buy the optional Lucky Numbers Pro upgrade. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. ## Information we collect **None.** We do not collect any personal information about you. The app does not require you to create an account or provide any personal details to use any feature. ## Information stored on your device The app stores the following **locally on your device only**, so that the app works and remembers your preferences: - Number lines you choose to save ("slips") and any names you give them. - App settings, including your age confirmation and any draw-day reminder you enable. - A bundled sample statistics data file that ships inside the app. This information never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or any third party, and is not accessible to us. It is removed when you delete the app. ## Purchases (Lucky Numbers Pro) The app offers one optional in-app purchase, "Lucky Numbers Pro", which unlocks additional planning and organisation features and higher save limits. - The purchase is processed **entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play)** using their standard in-app-purchase systems. We do not operate our own payment system. - We do **not** receive or store your name, email, card, or payment details. Apple and Google handle the transaction and your purchase history under their own privacy policies. - The only thing the app keeps is a simple on-device flag recording that Pro is unlocked. Your app store account is the source of truth, so you can restore Pro on a new device by signing in to the same Apple ID or Google account and using "Restore Purchases". ## Photos One feature ("Lucky moment") lets you take or choose a photo to generate a random set of numbers for fun. When you do this: - The photo is selected using your device's standard camera/photo picker. - Its image data is processed **once, in memory, on your device** to produce a number line, and is then discarded. - The photo is **never saved by the app, copied into the app, shared, or uploaded** anywhere, and we never receive it. If you never use "Lucky moment", the app never accesses your camera or photos. On iOS, the app asks for camera/photo permission only at the moment you choose to use this feature. On Android, the app uses the system photo picker and requires no camera permission. ## No artificial-intelligence or external services Features such as the "Lucky reading" are generated entirely on your device using built-in rules and templates. The app does not use any external AI service, cloud service, or remote server, and nothing you enter is sent off your device. ## Network access The app does not make network connections to collect, transmit, or share your data. Its features work offline. The only network use is Apple's or Google's own in-app-purchase processing when you choose to buy or restore Lucky Numbers Pro. External links (for example to BeGambleAware.org or the GamCare helpline) open in your device's browser or phone app only when you tap them. ## Notifications If you choose to enable a draw-day reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. These reminders are generated on your device by the operating system. We do not operate a push-notification server and do not receive any information when a reminder is shown. You can turn reminders off at any time in the app or in your device settings. ## Permissions The app requests the **Notifications** permission only if and when you enable a draw-day reminder. On iOS, it requests **camera / photo library** access only if and when you use the "Lucky moment" feature. If you never use these features, those permissions are not requested. No other sensitive permissions (such as location, microphone, or contacts) are requested, and no data from these features is collected or leaves your device. ## Children Lucky Numbers is intended for adults aged **18 and over** and is not directed at children. The app shows an age check on first launch. ## Third-party services The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. ## Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. ## Contact If you have any questions about this privacy policy, contact: **Froggy Eye Ltd** Email: info@froggyeye.com --- *Lucky Numbers is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Lottery, Allwyn, Camelot, or the EuroMillions operators.*
