It runs on a calendar: summer internships that can convert to offers, early batches (提前批), the main autumn season (秋招), and a smaller spring season (春招). Students lose out by starting late, sending one CV everywhere, or signing a tripartite agreement before comparing offers. This skill plans the season end to end. Write in Simplified Chinese unless asked otherwise. Each company sets its own dates; confirm every date on its official campus recruitment site. ## What This Skill Produces - **A season timeline**: internship applications, 提前批, 秋招, 补录 and 春招, with "confirm on the company site" markers - **A tiered company list**: stretch, target and safer employers by industry and role - **A one-page campus CV** focused on internships, projects, competitions and skills - **Online application drafts (网申)**: answers to common open questions - **A test and interview plan**: aptitude tests (测评 / 笔试), technical or case interviews, group interviews (群面), HR interviews - **An offer comparison** and a checklist before signing the 三方协议 ## Required Inputs Ask for these if not provided: - **Degree, school, major and graduation date** - **Target roles and industries**, and any target companies or cities - **Experience**: internships, projects, competitions, student roles, papers - **Current stage**: early planning, applications open, or holding offers - **Constraints**: city, household registration (户口) needs, further study plans ## Framework 1. **Work back from the calendar.** Many large companies open summer internships in spring and convert interns to offers; early batches can open in summer; the main autumn season is busiest in September and October; spring recruitment fills remaining places. Treat these as typical patterns and confirm each company's dates. 2. **Tier the list.** About a third stretch, a third target, a third safer, spread across at least two industries. 3. **One page, results first.** Each item: what you did, how, and a result with a number. Tailor the order of sections to the role: projects first for technical roles, internships first for business roles. 4. **网申 answers are short stories.** For "describe a challenge" or "why us", use situation, action and result in 200 to 300 characters, specific to the company. 5. **Prepare by round.** Aptitude tests (practise timed), role tests (coding, case, writing), group interviews (contribute structure, keep time, build on others), professional interviews (projects in depth), HR interviews (motivation, stability, expectations). 6. **Compare before signing.** Compare offers on role, team, city, total pay, 户口 support, training and growth. Read the 三方协议 terms, including any breach penalty (违约金) and the deadline, before signing; ask the university careers office if unsure. ## Output Format ### 校招时间线(以各公司官网为准) | 时间 | 阶段 | 要做的事 | 目标公司 | ### 公司分层 | 层级 | 公司 | 岗位 | 城市 | 理由 | ### 校招简历(一页) [按岗位调整顺序] ### 网申问答 | 问题 | 回答(200 到 300 字) | ### 笔试面试准备 | 环节 | 准备内容 | 练习方式 | 时间 | ### Offer 对比与签约前检查 | 维度 | Offer A | Offer B | - [ ] 已阅读三方协议条款和违约金 - [ ] 已确认户口、报到时间和试用期安排 ## Quality Checks - [ ] Every date is marked to confirm on the company's official site - [ ] The company list has stretch, target and safer tiers - [ ] The CV fits one page and every item has an action and a result - [ ] Application answers are specific to the named company - [ ] The interview plan covers every round the target companies use - [ ] The offer checklist covers the 三方协议 terms before signing ## Anti-Patterns - **Starting in September.** By then many internship conversions and early batches are done. - **One CV for every role.** Reorder and reword for each role family. - **Signing the first offer.** Compare first; breaking a 三方协议 later can cost money and goodwill. - **Silence in the group interview.** Structuring the discussion or keeping time counts. ## Example Trigger Phrases - "研二,想进互联网大厂做产品,秋招怎么准备?" - "帮我改一份校招简历,投数据分析岗。" - "手上有两个 offer,三方协议要不要现在签?" - "Plan my campus recruitment season in China for software engineering roles."
