--- name: cn-class-meeting description: "Use when asked 帮我设计一节班会, 主题班会方案, 班会课教案, 开学第一课, 安全教育班会, 心理健康班会, or plan a class meeting as a 班主任. Produces a 主题班会 plan in Chinese with the background and goals, preparation, a timed sequence of student-led activities, discussion questions, the 班主任's closing words, follow-up actions for the following weeks, and notes for sensitive topics." version: 1.0.0 --- # Class Meeting Plan (主题班会方案) The weekly 班会 is the 班主任's main tool for class culture, safety education and the things a subject lesson cannot reach. Too many become a lecture or a list of notices. A good 主题班会 has one clear goal, gets students talking and doing, and ends with something the class will actually carry out. This skill plans one, from the theme to the follow-up. Write in Simplified Chinese unless asked otherwise. Safety and mental-health content follows the school's and the education bureau's requirements; for anything involving a specific student's crisis, self-harm or bullying, the plan points the teacher to the school's 心理老师 and procedures rather than handling it in front of the class. ## Required Inputs Ask for these if not provided, otherwise infer and label the assumption: - **Grade and class**: age, size, the class's current mood or recent events - **Theme or trigger**: 开学第一课, 期中考试后, 安全教育 (防溺水, 交通, 消防, 网络), 心理健康, 文明礼仪, 劳动教育, 感恩, 毕业, or a problem the class has (手机, 纪律, 人际矛盾) - **Time**: one lesson (usually 40 or 45 minutes) or a series - **Required content**: anything the school or 教育局 has asked every class to cover this week - **Resources**: multimedia, space for activities, whether parents are invited ## Output Structure ### 一、班会主题与背景 A title students would remember (not just the topic name), and two or three sentences on why now, based on what is happening in this class. ### 二、班会目标 Two or three goals: what students will understand, feel and do differently. At least one must be a behaviour the class can see within two weeks. ### 三、课前准备 | 任务 | 负责人 | 完成时间 | Student roles (主持人, 小组长, 情景剧演员, 记录员), materials, any short survey to run beforehand, and anything the teacher must check (videos, cases, safety of activities). ### 四、班会流程(按分钟) | 环节 | 时间 | 形式 | 内容 | 主持 | A sequence that moves from experience to reflection to commitment, for example: 导入(情景、视频或问卷结果)→ 讨论或情景剧 → 小组分享 → 班级约定 → 班主任寄语. Most of the speaking is done by students. Write the discussion questions out in full. ### 五、班主任寄语 A short closing speech (about 200 to 300 characters), sincere and specific to the class, not a slogan. ### 六、后续跟进 What happens after the meeting: a class agreement posted on the wall, a two-week check, a note to parents if needed, and how the teacher will know the goal was met. ### 七、注意事项 Sensitive points (no naming or shaming students, privacy of survey answers, students who may be affected by the topic) and when to involve the 心理老师, the school or parents. ## Quality Checks - [ ] The theme connects to something real in this class - [ ] At least one goal is a visible behaviour change - [ ] Students run most of the session; the teacher's talking time is limited - [ ] Discussion questions are open, not yes or no - [ ] There is a concrete follow-up with a date - [ ] Sensitive topics have a referral path, and no student is singled out ## Anti-Patterns - **The 班会 as a lecture.** Students switch off; let them speak. - **Shaming a student as an example.** Discuss behaviour, never a named child. - **Handling a crisis in front of the class.** Individual issues go to the 心理老师 and the school's procedure. - **No follow-up.** A class agreement nobody checks is forgotten in a week. - **Copying a downloaded plan unchanged.** It will not fit this class. ## Example Trigger Phrases - "帮我设计一节初二的主题班会,主题是合理使用手机,45 分钟。" - "期中考试后班里情绪低落,开一节什么班会好?" - "暑假前防溺水安全教育班会方案。" - "小学三年级开学第一课班会怎么设计?" - "Plan a class meeting on friendship for a Chinese primary class."
