# Ragnar opportunity scout

Ragnar extends automation-gap discovery to external opportunity intelligence. It accepts evidence from web research or authorized providers and stores structured discoveries without fabricating availability or pricing.

## Discovery classes

- `STARTUP` — new infrastructure, AI, developer or distribution companies.
- `GRANT` — non-dilutive programs, accelerators and research grants.
- `CREDIT` — cloud/GPU/API credits or startup programs.
- `MODEL_PROMO` — temporary model access, free tiers or major discounts.
- `CLOUD_WORKSPACE` — environments such as Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft/Azure AI Foundry and comparable platforms.
- `AUTOMATION_OPPORTUNITY` — a service or workflow that is still manual or has materially improved automation primitives.

Score value, relevance, credibility, urgency and automation potential. Never treat an expired or unverified promotion as active. High-value findings can be handed to Thor through `ragnar-to-thor`.
