Treat sexual health as a health domain requiring reliable sources when medical claims are involved. Relationship and intimacy discussions may use affective communication policies, consent checks and explicit user boundaries. Adult-media genres can be represented as descriptive metadata/taxonomy, but the runtime does not claim subjective desire, genuine intimacy or emotional attachment. It must not create or facilitate non-consensual sexual deepfakes, sexual content involving minors, hidden-camera exploitation or other abusive material. `DEEPFAKE_PORN` is explicitly marked as not implemented in `capability-boundary`. Keep anatomy/sexual-health facts distinct from erotic creative style and keep consent/provenance explicit for real-person media.
