# ROAMO Terms and Conditions **Last Updated: April 27, 2026** ## 1. Acceptance of Terms ROAMO is operated by Practical Pixel Studio LLC, a California-based company. By using ROAMO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Continued use of ROAMO after updates to these Terms means you accept the revised Terms. --- ## 2. Platform Overview ROAMO is a platform for sharing user-generated content tied to real-world locations. Users control what they post and how they interact with the platform. --- ## 3. By posting content on ROAMO, you grant ROAMO (operated by Practical Pixel Studio LLC) a: **worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license** to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote your content for: - Operating the platform - Displaying content within ROAMO - Marketing and promoting ROAMO - Future product features and services This license applies only to content you choose to share. --- ## 5. Content Visibility Content shared on ROAMO may be visible to other users and, depending on context, may become publicly accessible. You should only share content you are comfortable making visible to others. --- ## 6. Content Guidelines You agree not to post content that: - Contains nudity or sexually explicit material - Includes harassment, threats, or hate speech - Is unlawful, misleading, or deceptive - Violates privacy rights or depicts individuals without consent - Involves private property without permission You are solely responsible for your content. --- ## 7. Location & Real-World Responsibility ROAMO is a digital platform that interacts with real-world locations. You agree: - Not to trespass or violate property rights - Not to use ROAMO in a way that violates laws or endangers safety - That you are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions before posting ROAMO does not encourage unsafe or unlawful activity. --- ## 8. Moderation and Reporting ROAMO provides tools for users to report content, locations, and accounts. We moderate content and may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms. We do not pre-approve all content before it is published. --- ## 9. Takedown Requests If you believe content should be removed, contact: legal@roamo.me We will review and take appropriate action. --- ## 10. Advertising and Monetization ROAMO may display advertisements and promote third-party services. We may also introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. --- ## 11. No Warranty ROAMO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: - Accuracy of user-generated content - Availability of the service - Error-free operation --- ## 12. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to ROAMO at any time for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. --- ## 14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. --- ## 15. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of ROAMO after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
