# Copyright & Fan Content Notice

This repository is a **non-commercial, unofficial fan theme** for DeepSeek Harness.

## Code

The source code, the original SVG artwork in `icon.svg` / `lib/client.js`, and the
documentation are released under the **MIT License** (see `LICENSE`).

## Included Genshin Impact media

This repository ships a **complete local-media fan build** for demonstration:

- the opening video embedded in `lib/client.js`;
- its last frame used as the preset wallpaper;
- the ambient music track embedded in `lib/client.js`.

These media materials are **not** MIT-licensed. **Genshin Impact**, **Scaramouche**,
**The Balladeer**, **Wanderer**, their names, characters, visual designs, music and
related world-building are trademarks and copyrighted works of **miHoYo /
HoYoverse** and their respective owners. They are included here solely for
**non-commercial fan demonstration** and are not intended for redistribution,
resale, or commercial use.

This project is **not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HoYoverse**.
It does not claim ownership of the Genshin Impact intellectual property.

## DeepSeek Harness

DeepSeek Harness is a separate project. This theme uses its public plugin API and
is not an official DeepSeek Harness theme.

## Clean build

For a build without official media, run:

```sh
node scripts/intro-video.cjs --clean
```

The clean build has empty media markers and does not include the official video,
last frame, or music.

## Takedown

If you are a rights holder and believe content in this repository is infringing,
please open an issue or contact the maintainer. We will review and remove the
relevant content promptly.
