# Code review guidance

Per-topic notes on what the media team looks for when reviewing `dom/media`
changes. Each page is a focused checklist for one area.

This is **guidance for reviewers — not a normative requirement and not a landing
gate**. It captures recurring pitfalls so the knowledge is written down and
reusable (by a human reviewer, or by an automated reviewer that reads a page as
context) instead of living only in individual reviewers' heads.
