# Bug 2064808: a border under a perspective transform must keep its authored # thickness. The snap that fixes bugs 1258112 and 1950029 widens the layout # width by 1/scale, which is only meaningful when one device scale describes # the whole edge. Under perspective `w` varies across the border box, and the # 2d scale factors of the transform (here |cos(45deg)| on the y axis) have no # relation to the on-screen thickness: applying them swells the horizontal # edges instead of leaving them alone, and the swelling grows without bound as # the element tilts away. Expected output is the same outline a plain 1px rect # per side produces under the identical transform. --- root: items: - type: stacking-context bounds: [0, 0, 300, 300] perspective: 200 items: - type: stacking-context bounds: [0, 0, 300, 300] transform: rotate-x(-45) items: - type: border bounds: [20, 20, 100, 100] width: [1, 1, 1, 1] border-type: normal style: solid color: [black, black, black, black]
