Estimation & Billing Tool is a comprehensive automation Excel toolkit designed specifically for Engineer and Contractor works for Offline Tender and Online **Haryana Engineering Works Portal (HEWP)**. It combines **Excel Tool**, **Chrome/Edge Extension**, and **web automation** to streamline Estimate Preparation, Material Quantity (Consumption) Preparation, BOQ Preparation, and online HEWP work.

### 🌐 Estimate Preparation Features (First Tab: **`Auto E. TOOLS`**)
1. **Multiply and Get Quantity** – Multiply dimensions (Nos. x length × breadth × depth) with advance formula.
2. **Total Quantity with intelligent Unit Converter** – It will do auto Total of One item number's quantities and put in row below, then auto convert to metric units where required and put in row below of total. Also, auto convert to steel kg if required.
3. **Auto Rate & Description Fetcher** – Automatically pull Unit, Rates, Rate Type, and Descriptions from Latest HSR 2023 (Haryana Schedule of Rates) and Amendments and insert for Each item.
4. **Amount Calculator** – Compute amounts by multiplying rate × quantity. Also auto-calculates GST, contingency, and grand total with full sheet formatting. Apply the SR number to each item. Prepare Bill or Estimate in Good Format.
5. **Steel Summary Generator** – Create a Dia Wise Steel Consumption summary in Kg. at the bottom of the Bill/Estimate.
6. **Abstract Bill Summary** - Generate a complete abstract Bill or estimate summary in a new worksheet, next to the active sheet.
7. **Quantity of Materials Summary** – Generate a complete Material Consumption Summary at the bottom of the Bill/Estimate. A Detailed Material Quantity Table.
8. **Bill Compare** - Generate a comparison of Portal Bill Data with your Excel Bill and get to know final verdict of comparison.
9. **Bill Variation** - Generate a Variation of Portal Bill Data and Previously Executed Qty if any, with your Excel Bill or Final Bill and get status of data. also it will be used to upload Variation on HEW Portal via Web Tools.

1. **Auto Login to HEWP Portal** – Securely log in with saved credentials and Keep Login details for future fast login. Login data is completely saved in your hard drive Excel file. You can verify it anytime.
2. **Close Chrome & Clean Resources** – Closes browser sessions and frees memory.
3. **Copy Data to HEWP Templates** – Automatically convert unit to Meter if required and transfer data into the HEWP Excel template.
4. **HSR Item Number Selector** – Select HSR item numbers on the HEWP Portal for filling and uploading bills or estimates data.
5. **PDF** – it will Make PDF of selected cells, attach and Upload With Manual Entry.
6. **Upload Template to Portal** – Upload your pre-filled template directly to the HEWP Portal.
7. **Direct Data Entry** – Skip the template; Enter data directly into the hewp portal Table.

1. **Unit System** – Set Your unit system, you are working in (Imperial or metric).
2. **Browser** - Choose your browser for Web Automation (Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
3. **Details** - See your Filed Detail as Name, District, Mobile Number.
4. **Reset Templates** - If Web Auto uploading Templates have any error then reset them with one click. but it will never happened.
5. **Reset Rates** - Reset Rates if you have done something wrong.
6. **Activate Licence** - New users can activate there licence from this.
7. **License info** - Check your a active Licence Info.
8. **Reverify Licence** - if licence do not sync with server Auto then use this feature to sync in real time.
9. **Change Licence Key** - Use this to Change your Licence Key.
10. **Uninstaller** - Delete Licence and Disable Tool from Excel.
11. **Tool Information** - Check Tool Info like Internal installed Version, Installer installed version, Tool name, visit website.
