# NOTICE for dsh-fluent-korean ## Upstream attribution This package is a port of an existing, separately licensed project. | | | | --- | --- | | Upstream project | [`snflkd/fluent-korean`](https://github.com/snflkd/fluent-korean) | | Original author | snflkd — | | Upstream license | MIT | | Port target | DeepSeek Harness (DSH) | ## What was carried over The substance of the upstream plugin is Korean prose: two output-style guidance documents under `plugins/fluent-korean/output-styles/`. Those two documents are reproduced in this package, byte-identical to their upstream counterparts except for the YAML front-matter at the top of each file. The Korean text was **not** translated, edited, summarised, or reworded. That is deliberate — it is the product, and a translation of it would defeat its purpose. Because that prose is a substantial portion of the upstream work, it is redistributed under the upstream MIT License, and the original copyright notice is retained verbatim in the `LICENSE` file in this package. The MIT License requires that the copyright notice and permission notice travel with all copies and substantial portions; they do. ## What this package adds Everything that is not upstream Korean prose — the DSH plugin entry point, the configuration schema, the Settings surface, the README files, and this NOTICE — is original work for this port. It is distributed under the same MIT License, whose text is reproduced at the bottom of `LICENSE`. ## Style differences The upstream documents carry a Claude Code-specific front-matter key, `keep-coding-instructions`, which controls whether Claude Code's built-in coding instructions are dropped. DSH has no equivalent mechanism, and this port does not attempt to fake one. See the "Known limitation" section of `README.md` for what that means in practice. This port does not modify the prose to compensate; it changes only the front-matter. ## No affiliation This package is not authored, endorsed, reviewed, or maintained by snflkd or by Anthropic. It is an independent downstream port. Bug reports about this port belong in this package's issue tracker, not upstream's. Upstream is credited here because the MIT License requires attribution, and because snflkd deserves the credit.
